Our Product Range
Two product families — LAY-IN INSTALLATION and linear slot — finished in matte white, brushed aluminum, or wood-grain transfer. Standard dimensions in stock; custom shapes built from drawing-based briefs. Small-batch manufacturing for European architects and specifiers.

T-bar / Lay-in Installation
Lay-in ceiling installation is available for selected diffuser profiles, including modular grid ceilings. Final fixing method is confirmed per ceiling system and drawing.

Linear Slot
Single- and multi-slot diffusers for flush-mount ceilings. Reveal frames down to 0.5 cm. Built to project length, standard or custom finishes. The slot disappears into the ceiling; the serviceable blade stays accessible.

Built to Drawing
Custom shapes, non-standard dimensions, irregular reveals. Drawing-based briefs welcome. Minimum order 20 units. Tooling fee from €200 depending on complexity.

Wood-grain Finishes
Heat-transfer wood-grain on aluminum blades — light oak, walnut, ash, or matched to a specified timber sample. One sample round before production.
Testing, Compliance & Supply Chain Transparency
Why our passive diffusers do not (and should not) carry a CE mark
Passive HVAC air terminals — grilles, diffusers, linear slots — fall outside the scope of all four CE regulatory pillars (Low Voltage, Machinery, EMC, Construction Products Regulation). Per EU Regulation 765/2008, affixing a CE mark to a product outside CE scope is a regulatory violation. The one exception in our industry is fire dampers under EN 15650, which we do not manufacture.
Suppliers who display a “CE” logo on a passive diffuser are either misinformed or non-compliant. We state the regulatory reality rather than mimic the claim.
Fire classification — how our material is certified
| Material line | Class | Evidence | Applicable standard |
| Aluminum (Extruded aluminium, 6-series alloy. Temper & finish confirmed per profile.) | Class A1 — non-combustible | CWFT provision, EU Commission Decision 96/603/EC — aluminum is classified Class A1 without testing, provided organic coating ≤ 1 mm | EN 13501-1 |
| PVC profile | Class B1(C) — equivalent to EN Class C | CNAS-accredited test report (Henan BITFR Test Center · CNAS L14889) issued to our authorized co-production partner Jiangsu Haojie Plastic Technology | GB 8624-2012 ≈ EN 13501-1 |
| ABS profile | Tested, low-smoke | CNAS-accredited report (Chemical Materials Aging Center · CNAS L1135) issued to our authorized co-production partner Jiangsu Jinhe New Materials | GB 8624-2012 |
GB ↔ EN equivalence (for European specifiers)
GB 8624-2012 was directly harmonized with EN 13501-1 during its 2012 revision. Method equivalence:
| Chinese method | European method |
| GB/T 20284-2006 | EN 13823 (SBI) |
| GB/T 8626-2007 | EN ISO 11925-2 |
| GB 8624 Class B1(C) | EN 13501-1 Class C |
| GB 8624 Class A | EN 13501-1 Class A2 |
Because the issuing laboratories are CNAS-accredited and ilac-MRA signatories, the reports are traceable under the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation mutual recognition arrangement — accepted as supporting evidence in most European fire-rated project submissions.
Supply chain transparency
We operate as a boutique custom manufacturer in close co-production partnership with Jiangsu Haojie Plastic Technology and Jiangsu Jinhe New Materials, two larger-volume PVC/ABS profile factories. Haojie holds the fire and material test reports referenced above and has authorized Hongyang HVAC to cite them as part of our joint supply chain documentation.
This partnership model is how we offer boutique-scale MOQ (20 linear meters, 7-day samples) with industrial-scale material testing. We disclose it because European procurement ESG audits increasingly ask for upstream traceability, and we’d rather lead with the answer than be asked.

| EN 13501-1 Hongyang-branded report | ⚪ Available on project demand (6–8 weeks via TÜV / SGS Shanghai, quoted into project) |
| EN ISO 5135 acoustic / EN ISO 5167 airflow | ⚪ Available on project demand |
If your project requires an EN-issued report in Hongyang’s name, we arrange lab testing through TÜV Shanghai or SGS within 6–8 weeks and quote the test cost into the project. This is how we handle one-off certification demand without building speculative compliance inventory.
